2	Minutes: Minutes of the previous AGM, held 8July 2003 were agreed and accepted.
3	Matters arising: Outstanding comment on Web site see separate item on minutes.County friendly to be arranged if possible to ensure the County teams get a chance to play together. M Emsley said at present not much of a problem for the girls as they play together anyway. J Raffel hadn't managed to contact any organistions.Rules appear to have been accepted. Referee course ran on 30 & 31 August everyone on it passed	D Tattoo please could you arrange for the men's team PL to put out a list of referees.
4	League entries: Div 1 Ipswich Hawks Newmarket Stowmarket Orwell Slammers Ipswich Moles (Promoted) Div 2 TIAB (Relegated) Highpoint Ace Stowmarket Stingers Ipswich Sharks (New) I have not received registration forms from everyone yet. First draft of fixture discussed a minor change made.Newmarket asked if a copy of the men's eastern fixtures could be sent to them so that they could use this when planning their fixtures to avoid conflicts with Eastern matches. Cup entries Ipswich Hawks TIAB Newmarket Ace Stowmarket Stowmarket Stingers Orwell Slammers Ipswich Moles As we had decided at a previous meeting that team playing in the cup would also require EVA affiliation this make entry into the cup very expensive. Elmswell Spoon & Bramford Cock were going to check and let me know to let me know if they wanted to play. If these teams do not play we will only seed the first 4 Div 1 teams and set the plate up this way. Though this is not the way we wanted it to run with only 3 teams from Division 2 this will be the only way we can do it.Cup end dates have been changed to end of December, February and April to ensure game are completed well before Cup/Plate Finals day.	Club Secretaries please send entry forms ASAP if you haven't yet done so. PL to send out finalized list ASAP with SVA contact list and team lists when received. 5	League & cup start date: League to commence at the beginning of October 2003. Cup to start as soon as fixtures out which should be before the end of September.	PL to send out League and cup fixtures ASAP.
6	EVA registrations: The EVA site doesn't seem to have all the clubs on correctly so please can you send me a copy of your affiliation certificates. P Saunders is going to talk to the EVA about this and if there is cheaper way for the clubs to affiliate if they only play in the Cup/Plate tournament.	Club Secretaries send copies of EVA Affiliation Certificates to PL PS to contact EVA about inaccuracy of Web site and find out about cheaper affiliation for Cup only clubs
7	Web site: B Child is to take over Web site. He will update it with any extra information Roll of honors to be included. History winners of SVA competitions to be put on including Cup/plate photos. He is happy to accept match reports and any photos of teams	R Hughes Please can you ensure BC has all the information he requires from the old web site to start the new one.
8	A.O.B: Mark Emsley is thinking about organizing a level one coaching course. Needs to know the number of people within clubs that might be interested. SVA meetings should be attended by all member clubs, not just the Committee members.	Club Secretaries please can you let M E know if anyone is interested in your club.
